These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MatchBox website, apps and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or streaming any content, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Subscriptions & access
Some content is free; premium content requires an active subscription. Your level of access depends on the plan you choose. We may add, remove or reclassify content as free or premium at our discretion, including where broadcast rights change.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not copy, record, re-stream, download (except where expressly permitted) or publicly exhibit our content
- Do not share your account credentials or resell access
- Do not attempt to bypass geographic, security or DRM restrictions
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including video, audio, graphics, logos and software — is owned by MatchBox or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited licence to stream content for personal use.
5. Third-party services
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the Platform, or where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
